About Rajmeet Kaur
What I love about real estate is that it provides me with an opportunity to meet people who I wouldn’t normally meet.
I’m also proud to work for Barfoot & Thompson, a company that values people, family, diversity and community, above all else. After nearly 100 years in business, it is still family-owned, and with a 40% share of the Auckland property market and IT, Marketing and Training departments the envy of all, every one of their salespeople is set up for success.
Back home in India, I completed a Bachelor of Computer Application and upon arriving in New Zealand I studied and completed a Diploma in Information Technology. My studies prepared me well for the technical and social media skills that are now so crucial when preparing marketing campaigns for my clients in today’s real estate world.
I’ve lived in Papatoetoe since 2010, when I arrived in New Zealand. Needless to say, having a special connection with the area, I specialise in South Auckland property. From my time working at the Auckland International Airport Duty Free shop and also running my own earth moving business, I developed great listening and communication skills. Buying and selling a home can be a bit of a rollercoaster ride. I’m very patient and work hard to achieve the best outcome for my clients.
In my free time, I like to spend quality time with my husband and son and one day I would like a dog, maybe a Labrador. I enjoy listening to music, shopping and meeting new people.
Auckland is one of the most culturally diverse cities in the world. The languages, food, music and festivals make it a vibrant place to live. Call me at Barfoot & Thompson Papatoetoe. In addition to English, I speak Punjabi and Hindi and I am here to guide you on your property journey.
