About Deepak Arora
There are a number of reasons why I was attracted to the real estate industry. The first and most important one is that I enjoy meeting people. Secondly, if I can help you find your dream home that makes me happy, and finally, after 20 years in the hospitality industry, I felt it was time for a change of direction. In real estate I can set my own goals and be my own boss.
To work in the hospitality industry you need to be persistent, have patience, have a commitment to customer service, and be passionate and dedicated to helping your clients’ achieve their goals. I recognise and value the trust my clients place in me and strive to exceed their expectations. I like to ensure that the buying and selling process is easy and stress-free and most of all fun!
Manukau City is very growth-orientated and I love the multi-cultural makeup of my local community. It has an energy that is so supportive which is great for families both young and old.
Supporting my family and maintaining a good balance between work and family life is important to me. I am a qualified driving instructor and when I can, I enjoy teaching teenagers how to drive. I’m a bit of handyman too having renovated our present home about four years ago.
Self-belief and hard work leads to success. I speak Hindi and Punjabi as well as English and look forward to meeting you. Ring me or call in to the Barfoot & Thompson Manukau branch.
