I grew up in the beautiful Franklin area, and have specialised in real estate in this region for many years. I have closely observed the market here, and tracked the growth, realty turnover and regulation changes.
My keen observations have given me an extensive knowledge base, and have helped me keep abreast of property trends, market fluctuations and sales data. I constantly use this knowledge for the benefit of my clients, achieving outstanding prices for my sellers and sourcing ideal homes at all price points for buyers.
I tailor effective marketing campaigns to suit each individual property and budget. As the team leader, I ensure that our clients are never without informed guidance and individual attention.
